Trevor and Taryn got married at the Broken Top Club in Bend, Oregon and picked the best time of year to do it! Very rarely does everything go so perfectly for a wedding. It was a sunny, beautifully warm fall day with all the aspens turning incredible colors. 

When I first met these two, they drove all the way down from Boise, ID to meet me for some Waffle Window. I instantly wanted to do their wedding photos, because they seemed like very easy-going people that just wanted to have a fun time at their wedding. They did not disappoint!

I'm Peter Mahar, a professional wedding photographer based in Portland, Oregon. I grew up the youngest in crazy family of six--which was great, because I got to make my brothers and sisters laugh, and not-so-great, because I had to sit in the back of the van on the seat with the stupid bump in the cushion. I make pizza and talk a lot. I'm part Italian, so I use a lot of gestures (especially during photo shoots). I love deep conversations, a good fire, and a glass of wine. But most of all, I love Jesus, because He's great and I'm not.
