Ryan + Hailey | Pine Hollow, Oregon
It was such a blast from the past when Hailey contacted me about wedding photography. I grew up with Hailey, and her parents would often babysit me and my siblings. We always had the best times together. They moved away, and years later, she met Ryan at his bar in Pine Hollow.
Hearing about her plans for their wedding, I was a full 100% in right away. What I love about photography is how it gives me a backstage pass into people’s lives. Most of the weddings I shoot don’t look similar to each other because I’m a documentarian at heart—and everyone’s personalities and friends are different. The JOY at this wedding was a delight to photograph. It can be a lot of pressure to be a bride, but Hailey just exuded being in the moment and enjoying the day. And you KNOW I would do a bonfire wedding every day if I could.
