I sweat a lot. I thought I was the only one, and then I met Jiwei. Not only are we sweat brothers, but we also have a deep love for food and helping others have an amazing time.

Jiwei and Julie met a long time ago in kindergarten and quickly became friends. At his wedding, his mom told the story that one day after school, he came home and was jumping up and down on the couch yelling, “I love Julie!” It’s kinda amazing that many years later, here they were getting married. Another thing I loved that they talked about but also their guests referenced, is that they have had struggles, and while they first thought of each other as perfect, they now realize a relationship takes work and dedication—love does not just happen. I can attest to this, in my own relationship with Susannah, the more we aim towards each other and go towards each other the more deep, and wonderful our relationship becomes.

I love shooting weddings at Mt Hood Organic Farms and it’s the venue I have shot the most weddings at (I think this was number 15 for me). It’s the one venue that has the same setup and timeline which has made every wedding there not only run smoothly, but has helped it been an amazingly beautiful wedding! Not to mention, they have some of the best food!
