Ankit and Lucy | Indian Wedding Celebration at the Portland Art Museum

What an amazing wedding celebration! They started the day with a baraat (a dance celebration that escorts the groom to the ceremony site to get married). For Ankit and Lucy’s wedding, it was close to an hour dance celebration with all the wedding’s guests before they got married. So much energy, life, and joy the whole time! I officially took the most photos I ever have at this wedding and am so excited to show some of the moments. If you missed it, we also photographed their tea ceremony the day before which can be seen here. I also don’t know how these guys did it! Basically started the dancing party at 10am, got married, did multiple sessions for formal photos, then came back for a crazy fun & intense dancing wedding reception. No joke, these guys danced with all their might, no breaks , for three hours straight, after already having a very long wedding day. It was something amazing to be a part of!
