This is one of my best friends Jon who is getting married to the very lovely Kaylin! Interestingly enough they will be getting married in the very same month as Susannah and I!!! Crazy times we live in and God continues to shower His blessings on me.

It is such an honor to know this guy. Incredibly kind to others by being very thoughtful and showing up when you don’t think he can. He loves his family, and works very hard. He has a great sense of humor and has the ability to make me feel uncomfortable (that’s a hard thing to do). Yes Jon is a solid guy, with a wonderful girl and it was a blast taking their photos! You can see the love radiate from they blond heads ;)

I'm Peter Mahar, a professional wedding photographer based in Portland, Oregon. I grew up the youngest in crazy family of six--which was great, because I got to make my brothers and sisters laugh, and not-so-great, because I had to sit in the back of the van on the seat with the stupid bump in the cushion. I make pizza and talk a lot. I'm part Italian, so I use a lot of gestures (especially during photo shoots). I love deep conversations, a good fire, and a glass of wine. But most of all, I love Jesus, because He's great and I'm not.
