Emily + Emerson

First off, thank you so much Emerson and Emily Kneipp for being so kind and easy to work with. The wedding was small and beautiful. One of the few weddings that went like clock work! Everything was smooth, even the decadent lunch that I was able to have! Here is a sneak peak at one or two photos, but I will be having many more uploaded soon! -

God is good and this wedding helped affirm that, two people joined together in the midst of fellow believers. There  was one couple there that had been married for 27 years, and another that said they were coming up on their 32 wedding anniversary.

I am currently sitting in a coffee shop (Stump-town, Portland) and uploading pics. Soon I will be eating dinner with my beautiful sister, and two other friends. How is that for a status update ;)

Cheers,

Peter Mahar
I'm Peter Mahar, a professional wedding photographer based in Portland, Oregon. I grew up the youngest in crazy family of six--which was great, because I got to make my brothers and sisters laugh, and not-so-great, because I had to sit in the back of the van on the seat with the stupid bump in the cushion. I make pizza and talk a lot. I'm part Italian, so I use a lot of gestures (especially during photo shoots). I love deep conversations, a good fire, and a glass of wine. But most of all, I love Jesus, because He's great and I'm not.
