What an amazing day! I love photographing Indian weddings because they are full of so many unique moments. There is so much going on in sometimes a very short amount of time, so you have to be ON to make sure to capture every fleeting moment. Before the actual ceremony, the groom and most of the guests do a Baraat (a huge parade/dance party) before the ceremony for close to an hour! After getting pumped up, they head down to the ceremony site and have to negotiate an amount to get a pair of scissors to get into the ceremony site. Then so many magical things happen during the ceremony. To date, I have not shot a wedding where the guests dance harder and for longer than at Indian weddings.
